The overall context of this level is to help René, a person who wants to do an exchange with someone from Spain, with all the linguistic and cultural aspects. The first four units organize the exchange (the person, the house, the plans, and the dates), and the last four explore more linguistic and cultural aspects of Spain. In this second part, the research and documentation of certain stereotypes are proposed, with the aim of debunking them.
It consists of eight units that include the following types of activities:
Tasks: activities to achieve a goal or result; learning for action.
Language activities: through oral and written interactions, listening and reading comprehension, oral and written expression; learning to use.
Learning activities: where content is presented and practiced; learning.
Activities for reflecting on learning; learning to learn.
Games or recreational activities; learning while having fun.
