The criteria for ordering from our shop are shown below.

On Saturdays and Sundays, as well as legal/special non-working holidays, we will
respond the next business day.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICIES
- From Monday until Friday, orders are handled every day. Those received before 2:00p.m. (Philippine time) are handled the same day, while orders received after that time are processed the following working day.
- We allot 3 working days for the processing and acceptance of orders.
- If an order is out of stock, the client will be alerted within 3 working days.
- The client has the option of canceling the order and will not be charged.
- Log in to your Abiva e-Store account and navigate to check on the progress of your
order.
PAYMENT
- Only confirmed payments will be processed.

COURIER TRANSIT TIME
Metro Manila : 3-5 days
Provincial : 5-10 days
SHIPPING
- Orders are usually shipped 3 working days after the customer has confirmed their order. Orders for Metro Manila delivery will be delivered within 3 to 5 days following the order's processing date. Orders transported to a provincial location will take 5 to 10 days from the processing date to arrive.
- Abiva will not be liable for any losses, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, resulting from the handling and delivery of order items by approved couriers. However, in order to fully reimburse the customer, Abiva will communicate with its approved courier who is responsible for the dispatch.
RETURNS
- If you would like to return a book purchased in Abiva e-Store due to product defect, Abiva shall facilitate a replacement. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please advise us within seven (10) days from receipt of the item, of your intent to return an item, including the corresponding reason or actual product defect. You may send us the advice via email at wecare@abiva.com.ph or a notice of replacement shall be issued to the customer once request is approved.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't gone through our delivery procedure.
